A wealth management specialist with over 36 years of experience in commercial leadership roles has been appointed as the new president of Burton & District Chamber of Commerce.
Rob Page from Rob Page Wealth Management took the reins from Richard Wileman during the Burton & District Annual General Meeting (AGM) held yesterday at the Branston Golf & Country Club. Outgoing president Richard Wileman will now serve as honorary president of the Chamber. Rob’s professional experience includes a nine-year stint as managing director of Swinkels Family Brewers where he led significant business growth.
Speaking about his appointment, Rob Page said: “I am incredibly proud to be stepping into the role of president of Burton & District Chamber of Commerce.
“Burton has a brilliant business community, full of people who care deeply about the place they live and work, and I’m looking forward to championing that energy over the term of my presidency. For me, this role is about connection, collaboration and making sure businesses of all sizes feel supported, heard, and encouraged. I want to help build on the Chamber’s fantastic work, strengthen relationships across our local business community, and play my part in creating opportunities that help Burton continue to thrive.”
Rob will be joined by newly elected vice presidents Russell Jeans from Sefton Recruitment and Claire Reeves from Claire Reeves Consulting. Claire is an award-winning coach and integrative counsellor with deep expertise in Neuro Linguistic Programming, hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy. Drawing from her personal and professional journey, she helps individuals overcome challenges and unlock their potential.
Claire brings a wellbeing and personal development lens to the Chamber, advocating for mental resilience as a driver of business performance. Russell is CEO of Sefton Recruitment, a senior recruitment and executive search firm. With over 30 years of corporate experience, he advises on growth strategy, board governance, and investment.
A qualified accountant and MBA graduate, Russell also chairs the Birmingham Assay Office.
During the AGM, sponsored by X Pro Learning Solutions, a set of new members were elected to the Burton Divisional Council, including:

- Sarah Pritchard from Carrot Solutions, new Divisional Council member
- Amy Jacklin from Kids Village charity
- Caroline Fotheringham from Sexual Abuse Rape Advice Centre (SARAC)
