Families across Caerphilly County Borough are invited to stay active this Christmas with a programme of school holiday swimming sessions taking place at leisure centres throughout the festive break.
The Christmas school holiday swimming programme includes a range of fun, family-friendly sessions such as family swims, floats and inflatable sessions, helping children and young people enjoy being active during the school holidays. Alongside holiday swimming, a wide range of activities can be booked through the Leisure Lifestyle app, including racquet sports, basketball, badminton, squash, netball, football and tennis, giving families and young people even more ways to stay active over the festive period. These activities support Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Sport and Active Recreation Strategy 2019-2029, which aims to make sport and physical activity accessible, enjoyable and inclusive for all.
