A heart-warming moment between “little and large” captured the spirit of care at Broadway Halls Care Home in Dudley.

General Manager Nick Drinkwater, the tallest in the home, is pictured sharing a smile with Joyce Rogers, the smallest resident, highlighting the special bonds formed between staff and residents. Despite the difference in height, the pair share a close relationship, proving that connection, kindness and companionship come in all shapes and sizes.

General Manager Nick Drinkwater said: “It’s moments like this that mean everything to us. Joyce is a much-loved member of our home, and we’re one big happy family here.

“It just goes to show that the biggest connections can come from the smallest moments.” At Broadway Halls, the focus is on creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, supported, and truly at home.
