By changing solid-state battery technology into customer-ready motorcycles, Verge has unlocked ten-minute charging and up to 370 miles of range.

Milltek Sport, renowned for its high-performance exhaust systems for sports cars, is turning up the volume - literally and figuratively - on two of the most popular pick-ups on the market.

Designed and built in Milltek’s state-of-the-art Derby facility, the new exhaust systems for these popular pick-ups prove that performance tuning and aesthetics aren’t just for sports cars. Its new systems for the latest generation Volkswagen Amarok 3.0 V6 TDCI 240PS diesel (from 2024 models onwards) and Ford Ranger T9 with the 3.0 V6 TDCI 240PS diesel (from 2023 onwards) or the 2.3 Turbo PHEV 281PS petrol (2025 onward) engines are engineered to bring sharper performance and sportier, more rugged styling to these popular everyday workhorses.

With precision valve control, improved power delivery, and a choice of stylish tailpipe finishes, Milltek is bringing a more dynamic driving experience to pick-up drivers who want their trucks to look as good as they perform. Ranger drivers with the petrol, plug-in hybrid model will also notice an enhanced, sportier tone for the engine with the new Milltek exhaust fitted.

“Many pick-up drivers use their vehicles every day but still want something that stands out and feels fun to drive,” said Kev Hall, Milltek’s Technical Operations Manager.

“We’ve taken our knowledge from working with high-end performance cars and applied it to pick-ups -because why should Porsche drivers have all the fun?” While the Ranger and Amarok pick-ups share a platform, their different engines required bespoke engineering.

Milltek developed:

  • A front pipe-back or downpipe-back twin outlet system for the Ford Ranger
  • A non-resonated cat-back system with twin tips for the Volkswagen Amarok

Both setups deliver a better flow and are tuned for real-world driving, whether towing to a job site or heading out on a weekend adventure. Crafted from premium T304L stainless steel, these exhaust systems are not only built for performance but made to endure the demands of a pick-up’s life.

Every system comes with a lifetime warranty, ensuring long-term reliability. To match the bold styling of these pick-ups, there are a choice of tailpipe finishes including:

  • Polished Stainless
  • Cerakote Black
  • Brushed Titanium
  • Burnt Titanium
  • Carbon Fibre

Whether for work or play, replacing a stock exhaust with a Milltek system elevates both the driving experience and the vehicle’s appearance - making it a smart upgrade for any pick-up owner looking for more than just utility.

Founded in the UK in 1983 by a true car enthusiast, Milltek has grown to become a global, leading manufacturer of performance exhaust systems for a continually expanding range of vehicles. With headquarters in Derby, UK, a development and testing centre near Germany’s iconic Nürburgring race circuit, and a recently opened USA facility in Tennessee, Milltek designs, develops and evaluates its range of exhaust systems in-house using state-of-the-art equipment.

Milltek caters for the latest range of performance and premium vehicles, whilst staying true to their roots with an OEM+ range of systems for a wide range of heroes from the ‘80s, ‘90s and ‘00s. Milltek Design offers a range of bespoke engineered and styling products for overland and performance cars.

All products are designed and manufactured in-house at Milltek’s HQ in Derbyshire using same engineering expertise as its performance exhausts.
